Your tasks at proQtech

As Key Account Manager at proQtech, you are responsible for our most important
customer relationships. Your main task is to deepen existing business relationships by
understanding the needs of our key customers and developing tailor-made solutions.

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships at the decision-maker level
  • Identify and approach potential new customers
  • Negotiate framework agreements and conditions
  • Collaborate with internal departments for customer service tasks
  • Conduct regular market and competition analyses
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events

  • Key Account management experience
    You bring proven experience in managing key customers and understand how to develop tailor-made solutions that increase sales and retain customers. Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar work experience.

  • Completed vocational training or studies in the field of business administration, sales, marketing or similar, alternatively professional experience
  • Customer Communication
    You are an effective communicator, able to highlight the value of your products and the
    benefits of working with proQtech.
  • Strategic thinking skills
    You identify and exploit opportunities to increase sales, develop and implement sales strategies,
    and build long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Negotiation skills
    With your talent for negotiation, you achieve win-win situations for proQtech and the customer, and understand how to maximise the value of our products and services.
