Your tasks at proQtech

As a Business Development Manager at proQtech, you will play a central role in setting up and
developing new business opportunities. You will identify and analyse market opportunities, build
strategic partnerships and define our expansion strategy.

  • Develop strategies to open up new business areas and market potentials
  • Identify and analyse trends, market opportunities and customer needs
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, as well as conduct contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences
  • Develop and distribute end-to-end solutions

  • Experience in business development and sales
    You have proven experience in business development and sales and are able to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop successful sales strategies.

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, International Business/ Management, Sales, or similar work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    You can communicate complex information clearly and persuasively and are able to convince customers and inspire business partners.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills that enable you to understand complex
    business situations and make informed strategic decisions.

  • Business strategy development and implementation
    You can analyse market trends and customer needs to make informed decisions and develop long-term growth strategies. Your strategic thinking and your entrepreneurial skills help to successfully position the company on the market, and sustainably increase business success.
